Who we are
Flowerable is operated by NZ Collective Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 13475853). We are the data controller for any personal data collected through this website.
If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, please contact us at hello@flowerable.co.uk.
What data we collect
We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate this website.
Contact form submissions: If you contact us via our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not shared with third parties.
Website analytics: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Cloudflare Analytics is privacy-preserving by design — it does not use cookies, does not track individuals across websites, and does not collect personally identifiable information. No analytics data is linked to you as an individual.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies. Cloudflare Analytics, our analytics provider, operates without cookies and does not require a consent banner under UK GDPR or the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
If this changes in future, we will update this policy and implement appropriate consent mechanisms.
Legal basis for processing
We process contact form data on the basis of legitimate interests — specifically, responding to enquiries made voluntarily by individuals who reach out to us.
Analytics data processed by Cloudflare is aggregated and anonymised and does not constitute personal data processing under UK GDPR.
How long we keep your data
Contact form enquiries are retained for up to 12 months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted. We do not retain data longer than necessary.
Sharing your data
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We may share data with service providers who assist us in operating this website (such as hosting and email providers), where those providers are bound by appropriate data processing agreements and comply with UK GDPR.
We may disclose data where required to do so by law or in response to a valid request from a public authority.
Your rights under UK GDPR
As a UK resident, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — you may ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure — you may request that we delete your personal data.
- Right to restrict processing — you may ask us to limit how we use your data.
- Right to object — you may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@flowerable.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days.
